REFUND POLICY

REFUND can be done with in 3 days after parcel getting delivered and if the error/mistake is by our side

We will try to do the exchange and if by any chance we couldnt able to exchange it refund process will be generated instantly

Return policy

First of all return is only possible if exchange isnt possible by any chance

Items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 to 10 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Sale items or discounted products may not be eligible for return.

We deliver parcel all over Pakistan from Karachi to Gilgit and our delivery time is 3 to 9 working days if every went smooth just in case of any emergency like road blockages and weather uncertainty delays can be expected
